OVERVIEW
The Virtual Real Estate project aims to revolutionize the way people explore and experience real estate by creating immersive, interactive, and realistic property tours in virtual reality (VR). Using Unity as the primary development platform, the project integrates cutting-edge VR technology to provide potential buyers and renters with a 1:1 scale model of properties, allowing them to explore every detail as if they were physically present.

With this experience, we provide user interfaces that enhance the user experience as well as informative interfaces that offer convenient accessibility for buyers and sellers, as well as real estate agents. This approach aims to make transactions more efficient and seamless, bridging the gap between property exploration and decision-making.

"Time Altered Timeline" illustrates the historical relationship between drugs and society, examining societal attitudes over time and projecting into the future. This visual, research-driven timeline uses coded imagery to depict substance legality, societal acceptance, and functional roles across diverse contexts.
Pseudo Code
The Pseudo Code for this project is developed in the form of a flow chart for easy visualization.
the following elements codes the interactivity of each node on the chart.
The flow chart is consisted of the main chart, and three subgraphs that shows the screen display factors, lens selection control, and the aperture filter variation.
The screen display is determined by 5 elements, the default display elements such as the toggles, adjustment bar, logo etc, the black and white mode, lens selected, info overlay screen depending on it's activation status, adjustment intensity.
Wireframe & User interface elements
The Wireframe and User Interface element showcases the visual elements on the screen.
The colour palette consist of the two signature colours of Nikon and cream yellow as an accent colour.
The Educational AR department is branded as NIkonLab, emphasizing its role as a creative playground for exploration and learning
